end of the year

The things I've learned this year have been a lot and have been very helpful for me to grow as a artist. I want to keep doing more, but probably not a lot of advanced stuff just drawing mostly. i learned how to make a totem pole, how to sew a book, and how to create amazing realistic paintings which weren't that great. i learned how to draw even better and I'm going to use everything i learned in art for the rest of my life. maybe senior year i will take it again. i think my favorite part of the year was the book because i get to create anything i want in it which is amazing for me. i had a great time in art and i cant wait to hopefully come back agian soon.

Time capsule

 

The items in my box are special in a way that relates to me in this time period of my life. I decided to focus on two things, one the technological part of my life and the second is the summer and peaceful calm side of me. For the tech no part I decided to put a xbox 360 controller in it so in the future I can look back to what we used to have when I was young. I also put my video game dog tags in so I could remember the games I had. The peaceful side of me put in one of my pendants that broke because of it being warn for 3 years straight and it had a meaning to it. At first when I bought it the pendant meant responsibility, honor, and family, and now after so long it has also gained the meaning of friendship, confidence, and positivity. Those are values I still hope to have when I open my box in the future.
